The honest version: a “no monthly fee” tracker is cheaper than Vectra, and it is cheaper because it does less. Here is the trade, laid out.

If a tracker never needs to work beyond your own driveway, the no-fee option is the right call and we would rather you spent nothing here.

Pricing questions

How much does a GPS tracker cost?

The tracker itself is $89.99 once, and you own it outright. Service is either $59.94 per year per tracker — about $4.99 a month — or $9.99 a month billed monthly. There is no activation fee and no installation fee.

Is there a monthly fee, and can I avoid it?

There is a service fee, and no, it cannot be avoided — it pays for the roaming SIM, the cellular data, and the servers that receive and store your positions. Trackers advertised with "no monthly fee" either use Bluetooth (roughly 100 m of range, useless for theft recovery) or expect you to supply and pay for your own SIM. The annual plan is free for its first 122 days, which is the closest honest thing to no monthly fee.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. The annual plan cancels any time; the monthly plan is month-to-month. The hardware is yours either way, so cancelling leaves you with a tracker you can reactivate later or move to another account.

Do I get a discount for a whole fleet?

Yes, and it applies automatically at checkout — no quote to request. Hardware drops from $89.99 to $54.99 per unit at 25+ trackers, and service comes down by up to 30%.

What if I already own GPS trackers?

Point a compatible JT808 device at our gateway and run it on service-only pricing — no new hardware. The live map, geofences, alerts and reports all work the same way. See the Connect page for the device list.

What happens if I try it and it is not for me?

You get 30 days from the day it arrives. Tell us it isn't working out and we email a prepaid shipping label and refund 100% of the hardware price — no restocking fee, no deduction for return shipping, no requirement that it still be in the box.

How fast does it ship?

Units leave our door within 2 business days and typically land 3-6 business days after you order. You get a tracking number the moment it moves.

Are there costs that are not on this page?

No. The tracker price and the service price are the whole bill. SIM, cellular data, firmware updates, apps, API access and support are all included, and we do not charge for activation, extra users, extra geofences, or data export.
